What should I expect during the treatment?
You will feel some heat and pressure. The treatment is tolerable, but our medical aesthetician will work with you to maximize your comfort level. Compared with CO2 lasers, many find Lutronic Genius much more comfortable. The treatment time varies depending on the area being treated. A treatment could take as little as 30 minutes and up to an hour. We will discuss your goals, which will determine the length and number of treatments you will need. Many see results after just one treatment!

What should I expect after the treatment?
Initial redness and swelling substantially subsides after 24-36 hours but can take up to a week to completely resolve. Most people resume normal activities within 48 hours. You can expect to see some changes within a day or two after the procedure. However, your body will continue to build collagen for several weeks after that, so you will see improvement over the next six months. Unlike many other procedures, this has long-lasting results as it is your body at work. With proper maintenance and a good skin care regimen, the effects could last for years.
