Botox Cosmetic Treatments
Before Your Botox Treatment:
• To help avoid bruising, it is recommended to not take Advil, Motrin, Aspirin, Fish Oil, Vitamin E, or consume alcohol 3-5 days before your appointment.
• Do not use Botox if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are allergic to any of its ingredients, or suffer from any neurological disorders.
• Avoid waxing, bleaching, tweezing, or the use of hair removal cream on the area to be treated.
• Always inform your clinician of all medications you may be taking as well as your medical history.
Botox Post-Treatment Instructions:
You may have bruising post treatment with Botox. This is normal. Botox doesn’t start working right away, the full effect and results can be seen as early as 2-10 days, but can take up to two weeks.
Do not lie down, rub or massage the treated areas for 4 hours after your treatment.
Avoid exercising for 24 hours after your treatment.
Typically, the muscle action will return in 3-4 months. At this point, a repeat treatment will be needed to relax the muscle and soften the lines again. If you continue your treatments at regular intervals, the duration of each treatment may last longer.

Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are sterile gels consisting of Hyaluronic Acid. These products are safe, FDA approved, and completely metabolized by the body. Dermal fillers are used to restore volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth and for lip augmentation.
